Acacia Psychology specialises in individual well-being therapy, led by experienced registered clinicians. Our experienced team of psychologists and social workers utilise evidence-based therapies including CBT and ACT, to assist people across all age groups and backgrounds.

During your counselling session, your Psychologist will provide you with a broad range of coping skills and strategies allowing you to foster resilience into the future. Your Psychologist will tailor the techniques they provide you with to your thinking style, beliefs, behavioural nature and feelings.

Acacia Psychology offer 50 minute appointments with a Psychologist or Mental Health Social Worker from our Face-to-Face locations or via phone and video counselling across Australia.
