including CBT and ACT, to assist people across all age groups and backgrounds with the troubles of life. We support individuals from a range of age groups and demographics, including adults, children, adolescents, elderly and veterans.

During your counselling session, your Psychologist will provide you with a broad range of coping skills and strategies allowing you to foster resilience into the future. Your Psychologist will tailor the techniques they provide you with to your thinking style, beliefs, behavioural nature and feelings.

The amount of time you spend with a Psychologist can vary depending on your situation. Some situations may require several ongoing sessions to effectively work through the problem and experience positive change within yourself. Other situations can be resolved within a shorter amount of sessions or at less frequent intervals. Your Psychologist will discuss and work with you towards a treatment plan that suits you best and advocates for the best possible outcome.
